The apartment is quiet and spacious, ideally located just 200 meters from the port of Cassis and 300 meters from the beaches. Le Cap is a type 1 apartment on the 1st floor of a 2-story building, nestled in the heart of the village of Cassis, at the gateway to the Calanques National Park.

This 30m² apartment is bright, sunny, and peaceful, featuring a large terrace with a breathtaking view of Cap Canaille. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.

Parking information:
There is no parking available directly at the apartment.
The most convenient and economical option is to park at the Parking des Gorguettes, located outside the city.
From there, you can take the Marcouline shuttle (Line M1) and get off at the Casino terminus, which is just a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of 100% of the payment.
The balance must be paid 48 hours before arrival.
In case of non-payment, the booking may be canceled without refund.

2. Security Deposit
A deposit was required at the time of booking and will be refunded after the check-out inspection.
Any damage or loss of keys/parking card will be deducted from the deposit.

3. Cancellation & Modification
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 100% refund.
Cancellation after this period: No refund.
Any modification is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM (no early arrival without prior agreement).
Check-out: By 10:00 AM at the latest.
Any unreported delay may result in additional charges.

5. House Rules
No smoking inside the property.
No parties or loud noise (quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
The property must be left clean (dishes washed, trash taken out, used linens (sheets, towels) placed on the floor).
The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded.

6. Responsibilities & Security
The owner is not responsible for theft, accidents, or personal damage.
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
In case of loss or demagnetization of the parking card, the replacement or reactivation costs will be at the tenant’s expense.
