General Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of 100% of the payment.
The balance must be paid 48 hours before arrival.
In case of non-payment, the booking may be canceled without refund.
2. Security Deposit
A deposit was required at the time of booking and will be refunded after the check-out inspection.
Any damage or loss of keys/parking card will be deducted from the deposit.
3. Cancellation & Modification
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 100% refund.
Cancellation after this period: No refund.
Any modification is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM (no early arrival without prior agreement).
Check-out: By 10:00 AM at the latest.
Any unreported delay may result in additional charges.
5. House Rules
No smoking inside the property.
No parties or loud noise (quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
The property must be left clean (dishes washed, trash taken out, used linens (sheets, towels) placed on the floor).
The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded.
6. Responsibilities & Security
The owner is not responsible for theft, accidents, or personal damage.
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
In case of loss or demagnetization of the parking card, the replacement or reactivation costs will be at the tenant’s expense.
